Q. I have stopped using the old mobile number and the email address was not updated by Aadhaar Card center. How do I download my Aadhaar Card?
A. In such a situation, you cannot download your Aadhaar card without a registered mobile number. You need to visit the Aadhaar Enrolment Center with an acknowledgment number and get your mobile number updated. Alternatively, you can use your biometrics to download your Aadhaar number.

A. You can download your Aadhaar on your smartphone through mAadhaar app, where a maximum of 3 profiles can be added.

A. Follow the steps mentioned below for Aadhaar reprint using non-registered mobile number:

Visit UIDAI’s website at https://resident.uidai.gov.in
Select the Order Aadhaar Reprint service
Enter your Aadhaar number/ Virtual ID (VID)
Enter the security code and select the option “If you do not have a registered mobile number, please check in the box”
Enter your alternate mobile number and send the OTP
Enter the OTP and make the payment
A Service Request Number (SRN) is generated after the payment is done which can be used to check the status of Aadhaar reprint
Q. Do we have the option to raise an Order Aadhaar Reprint request on different address?
A. No, there is no option to change the address for receiving the reprinted Aadhaar card.

Q. What are the charges to be paid for “Order Aadhaar Reprint”?
