A. In such a situation, you cannot download your Aadhaar card without a registered mobile number. You need to visit the Aadhaar Enrolment Center with an acknowledgment number and get your mobile number updated. Alternatively, you can use your biometrics to download your Aadhaar number.

Select the Order Aadhaar Reprint service
Enter your Aadhaar number/ Virtual ID (VID)
Enter the security code and select the option “If you do not have a registered mobile number, please check in the box”
Enter your alternate mobile number and send the OTP
Enter the OTP and make the payment
A Service Request Number (SRN) is generated after the payment is done which can be used to check the status of Aadhaar reprint
