SSLC Scorecard, ITI Qualification Certificate, Caste Reservation Request Certificate, Kannada Media and Rural Candidate Certificate, along with other required documents, a set of self-attested Xerox copies must be submitted to the BMTC on the due date. Candidates are advised to bring 2 photographs recently taken.
