The recruitment notification for IBPS RRB 2019 has been released on 14th June 2019 by IBPS. You can download the Official Notification by clicking on the link mentioned below. With the release of Official Notification, IBPS has released exam dates, vacancies, pattern and syllabus.

IBPS RRB 2019 Exam Pattern:
The exam pattern for the selection to the post of Office Assistant is quite different from that of exam pattern for the selection to the post of Officer Grade. For IBPS RRB Assistant 2019.
The exam will be conducted in two phases:
- Preliminary Exam
- Mains Exam
- Interview Process(RRB Officer only)
No interview process will be conducted for selecting candidates to the post of Office Assistant. Selection will be made purely on the marks obtained by the candidate in his/her Mains Examination.
Preliminary Examination:
- Reasoning------------40(marks)
- Numerical Ability--40(marks)
Total marks=80 marks(45 minutes time)
Mains Examination:
- Reasoning Paper---------------40
- General Awareness Paper----40
- Numerical Ability Paper------40
- English Language Syllabus Paper--40
- Computer Knowledge Syllabus Paper---40
Total marks=200 marks(120 minutes time)
IBPS RRB 2019 Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Limit-Office Assistant (Multipurpose) - Between 18 years and 28 years
- Officer Scale- I (Assistant Manager)- Above 18 years - Below 30 years
- Officer Scale-II (Manager)- Above 21 years - Below 32 years
- Officer Scale- III (Senior Manager)- Above 21 years - Below 40 years
Language Proficiency:(Kannada compulsory for Karnataka candidates)
Candidates applying for the posts of Office Assistant in any particular RRB are required to possess proficiency in the local language of the State/ UT in which the RRB is situated to be eligible for interview.
Educational Qualification:
Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent
(i) Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s(Kannada compulsory for Karnataka candidates)
(ii) Working knowledge of Computer.

PWD--10 years
EXAM CENTRE (FOR KARNATAKA CANDIDATES) :
Bangalore, Belgaum, Bidar, Davangere, Dharwad,
Gulbarga, Hubli, Mandya, Mangalore, Mysore,

HOW TO APPLY:
A candidate can apply for the Post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and can also apply for the Post of Officer.
However, a candidate can apply for only one post in officer’s cadre i.e. for Officer Scale-I or Scale-II or Scale-III.
Candidates have to apply separately and pay fees/intimation charges separately for each post.
Candidates can apply online only from 18.06.2019 to 04.07.2019. No other mode of application will be accepted.
Pre-Requisites for Applying Online
Before applying online, candidates should—
(i) scan their :
- photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm)
- signature
- left thumb impression (If a candidate is not having left thumb, he/she may use his/ her right thumb. If both
thumbs are missing, the impression of one of the fingers of the left hand starting from the forefinger should
be taken. If there are no fingers on the left hand, the impression of one of the fingers of the right hand
starting from the forefinger should be taken. If no fingers are available, the impression of left toe may be
taken. In all such cases where left thumb impression is not uploaded, the candidate should specify in the
uploaded document the name of the finger and the specification of left/right hand or toe).
- a handwritten declaration (text is given below) (In case of candidates who cannot write may get the text of
declaration typed and put their left-hand thumb impression below the typed declaration and upload the
document as per specifications).
ensuring that all these scanned documents adhere to the required specifications as given in Annexure
III to this Advertisement.
(ii) Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be accepted.
(iii) The left thumb impression should be properly scanned and not smudged
(iv) The text for the handwritten declaration is as follows –
“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application
form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
(v) The above-mentioned handwritten declaration has to be in the candidate’s handwriting and in English only.
If it is written by anybody else or in any other language, the application will be considered as invalid.
(vi) Keep the necessary details/documents ready to make Online Payment of the requisite application fee/ intimation
charges
(vii) have a valid personal email ID, which should be kept active till the declaration of results of this round of CRP. IBPS
may send intimation to download call letters for the Examination etc. through the registered e-mail ID. Under no
circumstances, a candidate should share with/mention e-mail ID to / of any other person. In case a candidate does
not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying on-line and must
maintain that email account.
